Really good

I like the effect on my Ram 1500 2014. I put it in the reverse light and its look good. The problem with this is the led light of the pickup It doesn't like that. Make sure the power come of the battery and not of the circuit light. I have one defect after 2 years.

I've had these on my work truck for 6 months now and couldn't be happier. Only thing I would ask for is the wiring be a little longer. Plenty bright

The LAMPHUS SnakeEye II-6W is very bright, I replaced my daytime running lights on the front and reverse on the rear, I just used the steady burn option and it worked out great. I constantly get compliments on my reverse lights being so bright.

Lamphus Snakeye-ll Led Hideaway
Pro's:
Brightest on the market
Simple to install
Vast selection of flash patterns
Discrete installation
Several mounting options included
Quality product
Very fast shipping
Con's:
Mounting screws are a little too short
Recommendations:
Offer switches at checkout for power and changing flash pattern
Include 50' of 4 conductor wire for install
Mounting screws need to be 3/4" length
Installation was very simple and the bulbs can be integrated into any housing. The TBT function is excellent when integrating into single function bulbs, such as, the reverse lights or running lights. The bulbs are truly extremely bright and more than visible in daylight.
Anyone that requires emergency lighting for their vehicle I would highly recommend the Lamphus Snakeeye-ll 6 watt led hideaway.

Don't pay double for the "Name Brand"!

I ordered 2 of these (R/W & B/W) off Amazon. Placed order Friday, boom delivered today (Monday) First, the lights are solid construction, the power is amazing, took about 2 hours to pull wired, wire loom ect I mounted these in my reverse light housing, wired them with sync wires and voila! Haven't seen them at night yet, but they are bright, blue and red clear during direct sunlight hours. I recommend for anyone looking to replace Strobes or add additional warning lights. Only negative comment is the housing states 1.5" base, i used a 1.5" hole saw and the unit didn't fit, used a knife to take off a bit of plastic on the first light, on the second because of how much if a pain the first was i used a 2" hole saw, but well worth it. These units are small, and packaging is deceiving, but an overall amazing product! Hope they last!

Being a Detroiter, I've been a die hard "Made in the USA" type of guy for all my life. For the past 16 years, I have been using Whelen exclusively for my lighting needs. I decided to step outside of my comfort zone when my local lighting guy decided to charge me extra if I wanted the LED hideaway in split color amber and clear. After 2 dozens of vehicles and 3 years of customer loyalty, paying $12 extra per unit of hideaway for the split colors left a really bad taste in my mouth. So I shopped around, found this site. Picture quality, videos, and 90 day return policy is above and beyond the other competitors. I decided to jump the gun with a sample order of 2 units. I was skeptical, even regretting a little right after I paid for the order. Thinking I will be receiving some sub par LED. The lights came quick, got them in 3 days. I tested them out at the shop immediately. The intensity and construction got me thinking why I had to be all cynical with buying lights made overseas. These hideaways are as good as they get. The snake eye stood its ground against side by side comparison with the vertex that I paid almost double the price for. When I called in to place the bulk order, I was offered a handsome discount. I ended up saving $1,800 on the entire project, with the lights shipped to me for free. Gotta love it.

Nice strobe

I thought I was jipped. Paid over $300 dollars and receive a little brown box with small white boxes like those for matchbox cars in it. I was so sure that I was going to return the lights. Was so ready to chew someone out over the phone if the person wants me to pay for return shipping. Then I test the lights. BAM! Super bright flashing lights in red and white. The strobe are bright and flash modes are so0 much better than the old school glass strobe. I dont know how it works but LED is the future. The texts on the manual are way to small for my tired eyes. Other than that, A++ for lights and shipping speed.
