SHIPPING


How much is shipping?

We offer FREE shipping for all orders shipped within the United States and its affiliated territories. Expedited and International shipping is offered and is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.

When will my order ship?

We process all orders within 24 hours of working days once the payment has been received. Availability of each item is displayed on each of the item’s page. Status of the order can be viewed in My Account.

Do you ship internationally to my country?

Yes, we do offer international shipping. To check if we offer shipping services to your country, please create an account by clicking the Sign up tab at the top right hand side of our site. In the account navigation, you will find an Address Book where you can enter your shipping address, if you're country is displayed in the Country drop down then we will be able to ship to your country.

Do you ship to PO Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses?

Shipments can be sent to both PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses. Please allow additional time for orders shipped to these addresses


RETURNS


What is your return policy?

We offer a 90 days return period. Please see additional information in our Return Policy.

How do I return my product?

How long does it take for me to get a refund?

It may take 4-5 business days for your return to reach our return processing center. Once it is received and inspected (usually within 72 hours of receipt) your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 2 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.

How do I check on the status of my order?

Click the Sign In tab at the top right hand side of our site. Sign in to your account when you are prompted to do so. Click the My Orders tab under the My Account. A list of orders along with its status will be displayed.

How do I change or cancel my order?

Please contact the Customer Service Team immediately if you need to change or cancel your order. Please be advised that some orders are shipped very soon after placement, and it may not always be possible to cancel.

How do I track my order?

Click the Sign In tab at the top right hand side of our site. Sign in to your account when you are prompted to do so. Click the My Orders tab under the My Account section. A list of orders under the particular time frame selected will be displayed. Click the "View Order" for the order you will like to track. If the order has been shipped, a "Shipments" button will be available. Then the tracking number will be available on the following page.

My order never arrived.

Make sure to track your order first and to be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If your order has been shipped and a tracking number has been provided, kindly check with the shipping courier for the latest shipping status and/or to arrange alternative delivery methods. Please contact the Customer Service Team if the status of your order shows “delivered” but has not been received.

How do I create an account?

  1. Click the Sign Up tab at the top right side of our site.
  2. Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account.

How do I edit my account information?

Click the Sign In tab at the top right hand side of our site. Sign in to your account when you are prompted to do so. Click the Account Info tab under the My Account section. Select the appropriate account information field you would like to edit under the Account Info section.

I forgot my password.

Click the Sign In tab at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says Forgot your password?. That link will send an email containing a link to reset your password.


BILLING AND PAYMENTS


What are my payment options?

We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal for all orders.

Do I have to pay sales tax?

Online-LED-Store.com is required by law to collect sales tax on orders shipped to California. If you are shipping to any of these states, the appropriate charges will be added to your merchandise total and displayed on your final order confirmation.

How do I get a copy of the invoice?

Click the Sign In tab at the top right hand side of our site. Sign in to your account when you are prompted to do so. Click the My Orders tab under the My Account section. A list of orders under the particular time frame selected will be displayed. Click the "View Order" for the invoice you would like to see. If the order has been invoiced, a "Invoices" button will be available. Then you will be able to print out your invoice on the following page.

Are there Online-LED-Store.com gift certificates and/or gift cards?

Yes! If you're looking for the perfect gift or just doing some last minute shopping, Gift Certificates and Gift Cards are the perfect solution for you!

How do I use my Gift Certificate?

The Gift Certificate can be applied to a credit under your account or to have the balance deducted from the grand total of your order prior to submitting payment for your purchase. To apply the Gift Certificate as a credit under your account: Click the Sign In tab at the top right hand side of our site. Sign in to your account when you are prompted to do so. Click the Gift Card tab under the My Account section. Click on the "Add/Redeem a Gift Card" button then enter your gift code on the next screen. The Gift Certificate balance will now be redeemed and can be used when placing your online orders.

How can I obtain the balance of my gift card?

Click the Sign In tab at the top right hand side of our site. Sign in to your account when you are prompted to do so. Click the Gift Card tab under the My Account section.
